In this episode Tony discusses the role that Sustainability and CSR have played at varying stages throughout his career and how in the last 5 years, adopting a sustainable approach has become expected in many cases. Tony chats about his involvement with the focus that has been placed on ensuring marginalised groups get proper access to education, and in making sure that the process of getting back to work is made easier for those who need it the most. Tony also discusses the challenges that the Irish workforce has with diversity, what Virgin Media Ireland are doing regarding Sustainability Reporting and the incredible ripple effect that the Virgin Media Dementia Charity Initiative had in raising over €1,000,000 for Dementia Ireland.
